Shipping to Western Canada:
- Under $59: flat rate of $9.99
- Over $59: flat rate of $5.99
Shipping to Ontario & Quebec:
- $9.99 flat rate regardless of order amount

Why we charge for delivery
Unlike other ecommerce pet supply stores, we’ve partner with local animal shelters and share the profits. These partners earn a commission on every case sold, therefore, we don’t have the ability to completely subsidize the true cost of the shipping. We thank you for your understanding and support!

Shipping timelines
UR Fundraising ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). We use Canada Post, USPS and Asendia for delivery. Our Shipping will usually be sent through USPS Ground service. USPS Ground & Canada Post Ground services do not have guaranteed delivery times and the shipping times will only be estimates.
Orders made online after Friday at 9 AM MST will ship the following business day. When considering delivery times after an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Courier delivery times do not include the day the order has been picked up from our warehouse.
